Mr. Kandiah Suthan

Mr. Kandiah Suthan is a Program Manager of the North and East Economic Development Centre in Sri Lanka. Suthan has over 18 years of experience in Humanitarian Coordination & Response, Child Protection and project management working with International Non-Government Organizations of FORUT, Save the Children and United Nations Organizations of UNOCHA,UNDP and UNICEF. He is a visiting lecturer in “Social Harmony and Peace” in the Vavuniya Campus, the University of Jaffna. He is a strong advocate of Gender Equality and women’s empowerment and Economic Development. He holds BA in Social Science, MA in Sociology and MBA.
